Valentine's Day…

Yup, that dreadful day was yesterday…being a single is not easy during that time, but surprisingly I got away without any hurt feelings or a need to punch someone in the face xD It turned out to be a day like every other day too; I was "working" with my friends on our "future" video, that we had already more or less long planned to shoot. I won't give away what it's all about; maybe one day you'll see for yourself =) But because I knew exactly that it was Valentine's Day (my bestie "pretended" to not know what is happening in the world ;)), I wanted to dress to look the part and so here you have it, my V-Day inspired outfit^^

I hope that you all had a very nice and lovely Valentine's Day, maybe even in the arms of your love and if not, at least made it throughout the day without a "doom & gloom" mood because of all the chocolatey-rosey-heartshaped-happiness xD

OOTD: Dress to Impress ;) [birdies (#3)]

I think my Mojo for today was "Dress to impress". Yes, I admit it, I dressed up on purpose for university. I read Carla's post where she was talking about her Italian Catholic Godmother and her Auntie and how they used to get dressed up for no particular occasion. I felt pretty much the same. Why should my dresses be put away and hidden in the wardrobe, if I can sport them to celebrate nothing else than being alive? I mean, dressing and looking good is no crime and most of all: My mood is sooo high when I'm feeling good in what I'm wearing =) That's a self-esteem booth like no other and I recommend it to everyone xD (on a side note: it's even more interesting if you get some lovely comments^^)

We have again snow and University (subscription for summer semester is made whoop whoop!) seems to be the only reason why I leave the house lately o_O Not so good… At least this time, I spent a bit more time on my outfit^^

I layered up underneath the clothes because it's so cold outside with snow and freezing wind. I wore a pair of black leggings under the jeans and a black tank top and a grey sweater under the jumper and it was cosy warm. =) My scarf and my coat did the rest x)
